Learn how to make beats with Unity, a national non-profit organization that uses Hip Hop art forms to help young people (age 12-29) develop resilience, creating healthier communities.
Youth in this program can participate in weekly hybrid (virtual or in person) hip hop programs. This project actively engages youth participants in programs that support the development of protective factors, social skills, and a sense of belonging, and improves online access and connectivity for African Nova Scotian (ANS)/Queer Youth and their households!
(Please note that this program is closed for both ANS and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, and runs for 8 weeks. Limited digital devices and internet support will be available where needed)
