Description

Join us on Friday Jan 31 as we head out of the MacPhee Centre and tour some local art galleries! 

We will be visiting the Anna Leonowens Art Gallery Systems (1891 Granville Street, Halifax) and the Khyber Centre for the Arts (1880 Hollis Street) - get ready to explore a number of different solo and group exhibitions! 

Youth will meet at the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning (50 Queen Street) at 10:30am, and will be walking down to the Alderney Landing Ferry Terminal and taking the ferry over to Halifax. We will then walk up to the Anna Leonowens Gallery System and the Khyber Centre for the Arts.

Bus tickets will be provided, but we ask youth with bus passes to please bring them along. We will be returning to the MacPhee Centre at 1:30pm.

Participants must be 12 years to 19 years old when the program starts.
