The “Becoming Her” 8-week empowerment series is designed to help teen girls explore identity, self-worth, emotional wellness, and confidence through creative arts. Each session blends reflective conversations with hands-on artistic expression, allowing participants to explore who they are, what they carry, and who they are becoming. The program focuses on authenticity, confidence, boundaries, sisterhood, emotional healing, and visioning the future. By the end, each girl participates in a crown ceremony that symbolizes reclaiming her identity, power, and inner crown.
This program is made possible with the generous support of the Dartmouth Community Health Wellness Fund.
NOTE: This is a closed program for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color) youth who identify as girls.
